I would like to give a shout out to 3 gentlemen and I use the word loosely only in that they were probably in their early teens. Not men by legal standards but men by the standard that adults are supposed to know how to respond. A small boy had fallen on the bike path that crosses a bridge on to 57th near Western ave. He was about 5 or 6 not making any noise but he had scrapes on his legs. I stopped but before I could turn to talk to him Jackson asked him if he was okay, what happened, and where is your family. They helped him up and walked him and his bike to the bridge where his mom, seeing something happening as 4 people had stopped on the path, was walking toward us. They never asked for anything never expected it. They help the boy because it is the right thing to do. Jackson Ryan and Reese. Thank you for reminding me there are still good Kids out there.
