During April, Life 96.5 invited you to consider mentoring; being a friend to someone who is re-entering society after serving time in prison. Thank you for also sharing items for the Carpenter’s Shop where the men reside. Please read the response below from Jeff at Kingdom Boundaries Prison Aftercare.

“Thank you for your overwhelming support of Kingdom Boundaries Prison Aftercare! We are very grateful for the opportunity to be the focus of the April Hands and Feet opportunity. We consider our ministry extremely blessed by your efforts. To date we have received 172 items that can be used at the residence including shampoo, deodorant, toothbrushes, socks, boxers, razors and jeans!

The response to Mentor has been limited, but those interested seem to be very solidly on board with a variety of different ministry experiences. We especially appreciate the new awareness of the ministry from the mentions on Life 96.5. Thank you again for the resources you have provided, and the awesome support. You truly are His hands and feet as you serve the community. God’s peace and blessings to you all!”
