In 2012 I was diagnosed with HSP, a disease that occurs when your body doesn’t know how to respond to the common cold. In my case my body just completely shut down. I was lucky enough to go to Sanford Children’s Hospital and they were able to help me. A few months later (still in 2012) my older sister was diagnosed with Stage 4 Burkitt’s Lymphoma, I thought she was going to die. But that’s what any 8 year old would think if their sibling was sick. She also ended up at Sanford Children’s Hospital. She is now 7 years cancer free, and living her best life. The whole time my sister was sick I had life 96.5 on, and that made me believe that it was all going to be ok! Thank you so much for all you do!

I spend a lot of time commuting in cars as we all do and whenever I do I usually listen to 96.5.. the spirit that comes through your station thru various singers ( and hosts) is incredibly uplifting. It’s a Believers spiritual smorgasbord,,,keep on keeping on!
