Married to Julie and happy parent of Jade, Hope, Brandon, Lindsey, Jessica and Scotty and happy grandpa to Nash. I have a tremendous family and network of friends that I love and adore.
My sister and her family and my mother also live in Sioux Falls.
I was born at Sioux Valley Hospital and attended Horace Mann Elementary (SF), Patrick Henry Jr. High (SF), Lincoln High School (Sioux Falls) and South Dakota State University (Brookings-Major, Broadcast Journalism 1988).
I have spent my entire radio career in Sioux Falls and have long been a fan of Life 96.5 and now a personal dream of mine has come true to work here since late March 2013.

Born in Iowa, married in Minnesota and now loving life with my family here in South Dakota – that pretty much covers the Life 96.5 listening area-how cool is that?!! My husband, Vince, and I have been living an adventure packed life for 30 + years with our family of 3 boys, 1 girl, 2 daughters-in-law, my mom and our Goldendoodle. I am quite positive there has never been a dull moment or an entryway void of big shoes.
When I’m not on the air you will find me cooking (mostly healthy?) food, talking about food and of course, eating food while hanging out with my family and friends. Besides family, friends and food, I do enjoy the great outdoors, working out and attending my boys’ football games.
Most of what I’ve learned in life has been acquired due to trial and error. With more than a few decades of experience, I have a lot of stories to share. God has graciously taught me so many things, most importantly, how good His heart is and how perfectly dependable His promises are. I am so thankful to spend mornings with you at Life 96.5!! I’m glad we are friends!
